Senior Talent Partner

Chapter 2 is looking for a Senior Talent Partner (Sales & Professional Services) to join our growing team, embedded within a leading SaaS software company in Colombiathat specialises in procurement, spend management, and invoicing solutions.

This is a 6-month contract role, ideal for someone passionate about Professional Services hiring, collaborative by nature, and hands-on in their approach. You'll be working closely with senior stakeholders to hire Engagement / Project Manage and sales professionals who manage complex enterprise deals, often selling directly to CFOs and finance leaders.
