This role, located in Budapest, will have primary responsibility for the accurate and timely completion of federal income tax filings and related compliance processes and will support the broader tax team on tax accounting, planning, tax controversy, and other federal tax matters.

We are seeking an experienced tax professional to lead the company’s U.S. federal corporate income tax compliance function. This role, located in Budapest, will have primary responsibility for the accurate and timely completion of federal income tax filings and related compliance processes and will support the broader tax team on tax accounting, planning, tax controversy, and other federal tax matters.

The successful candidate will bring strong U.S. corporate income tax technical expertise, excellent project management skills,



and a continuous improvement mindset. This individual will work closely with colleagues across Tax, Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and other functions, as well as external tax advisors.

Key Responsibilities

Federal Income Tax Compliance
- Lead and oversee the preparation and review of the company’s U.S. federal corporate income tax returns, including Form 1120 and related forms, schedules, elections, and disclosures.
- Manage the annual federal income tax compliance calendar to ensure all filing, payment, and documentation requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Oversee the preparation and review of federal taxable income calculations, book-to-tax adjustments, tax attributes, and supporting workpapers.
- Manage federal estimated tax payments, extensions, and related cash tax calculations.
- Review and maintain appropriate documentation supporting significant federal tax positions and elections.
