Publicis Global Delivery (PGD), the talent powerhouse of Publicis Groupe, founded in 1926 and now the world’s #1 largest communications group, is looking for a Budget Analyst with at least 1 year of experience to join our team.
This role is focused on media operations, budget management, reporting, campaign coordination, data analysis, and project management. While knowledge of media buying or advertising is a plus, hands-on experience managing advertising platforms (such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads) is not required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize large media campaign budgets.
- Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure effective budget allocation and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align on campaign objectives.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in media buying, paid media, or similar roles.
- Fluent/Advanced English level (B2+).




- Strong negotiation and project management skills.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formattings).
- Excellent attention to details.
- Knowledge of media buying and advertising is a plus.
