Position Details
Position: Operations Coordinator
Location: On-Site (Colombia)
Schedule: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Language Requirement: Advanced English (C1)
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate orders from purchase to final delivery.
- Serve as the main point of contact with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Monitor fulfillment processes and proactively resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate sales, order, payment, and operational records.
- Follow up on invoices and outstanding payments.
CRM & Business Development
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM to ensure data accuracy and pipeline visibility.
- Execute targeted email outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Research and identify new business opportunities within education, healthcare, construction, and government sectors.
- Prepare professional proposals, quotes, and business documentation.
- Support client retention and business growth initiatives.
