The Global Customer Operations Specialist serves as a key liaison between customers, agents and internal teams, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality service delivery. This role supports day-to-day customer and operational activities, resolves service-related issues, coordinates cross-functional actions and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives across the network. ## Key Responsibilities* Act as a primary point of contact for international agents, customers and operational stakeholders.* Coordinate customer requests, operational activities and service-related inquiries to ensure timely resolution.* Monitor service performance, identify operational issues and escalate complex matters when needed.* Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Account Management and Technology teams to support service continuity.* Document issues, resolutions and best practices to support knowledge sharing and proce
