We are hiring: Customs & Logistics Leader
Do you have experience in customs, logistics, and international trade and are you looking for a new challenge in a general company?
At ZTE Colombia, we are looking for a Customs & Logistics Leader to manage our customs and logistics operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and timely execution.
What will you do?
- Lead and follow up on customs clearance, imports, transportation, and warehousing processes.
- Coordinate with DIAN on audits, inspections, requirements, and customs procedures.
- Ensure compliance with OEA (Authorized Economic Operator) requirements.
- Manage customs and logistics suppliers, KPIs, contracts, costs, and service levels.
- Participate in bidding, negotiation, and supplier selection processes.
- Monitor logistics performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage requirements from Headquarters and ensure compliance with internal processes and Colombian regulations.
- Ensure compliance with SAGRILAFT and other applicable Compliance guidelines.

What are we looking for?




- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in customs clearance, customs management, logistics, and international trade.
- Experience working at a Customs Clearance Agency (Agencia de Aduanas) is highly preferred.
- Knowledge and practical experience with OEA requirements.
- Knowledge of Colombian customs regulations and DIAN procedures.
- Conversational English – Intermediate level is mandatory.

A plus if you have:
- Experience in the telecommunications, IT, technology, or electronics industry.
- Experience in multinational companies or global operations.
