We are now looking for an experienced Capital Sales Manager to join our team and help drive the growth of our business in Columbia.

About the Role:

As a Capital Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Edge Medical's surgical robotic platform across Columbia. You will develop new business opportunities, build strategic relationships with hospitals and key stakeholders, and lead the capital sales process from prospecting through successful deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Columbia market.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital management, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
- Lead the capital equipment sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Deliver product presentations and commercial proposals.
- Collaborate closely with Clinical, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure successful customer implementation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and account plans.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Proven experience in capital medical equipment or high-value medical device sales.
- Experience selling to hospitals and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
