At Publicis Production, based in Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Lead AI Animator with 8+ years of experience in animation, post-production, VFX, motion design, or creative production environments, including proven experience leading AI-driven creative initiatives. The mission of this role is to drive the evolution of AI-powered creative production, combining creative excellence, animation expertise, and emerging technologies to build scalable workflows, accelerate content creation, and deliver innovative solutions that redefine how advertising assets are produced across integral markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of AI-powered animation, VFX, and creative production workflows across advertising and content production projects.
- Redesign and optimize creative production processes to improve efficiency, scalability, quality, and cost-effectiveness through the use of AI technologies.
- Architect and scale production systems capable of supporting high-volume asset creation, localization, personalization,



and versioning across multiple channels and markets.
- Evaluate, test, and drive adoption of emerging AI tools, models, and technologies that enhance creative production capabilities.
- Build scalable AI-enabled post-production pipelines that empower creative teams to deliver content faster while maintaining high creative standards.
- Collaborate closely with creative, production, strategy, and technology teams to identify business opportunities and translate them into innovative AI-powered solutions.
- Serve as a senior creative and technical advisor for internal stakeholders and clients, helping shape AI-driven creative strategies and solutions.
