Carrier Sales Representative — Full Truckload (FTL) | U.S. Freight

We're looking for a Carrier Sales Representative with hands-on Full Truckload (FTL) experience to drive freight execution and build the carrier network that powers our growth across the U.S. market. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role at the center of the action: you'll own carrier relationships, lock in competitive rates, and make sure every shipment moves with speed, quality, and full visibility from pickup to delivery.

What you'll do:
- Build and manage a strong network of FTL carriers across the United States.
- Source, book, and coordinate full truckload freight with speed and accuracy.
- Negotiate competitive rates without sacrificing service or reliability.
- Optimize truck capacity to keep freight moving and support both sales and operations.
- Work load boards and sourcing tools daily to secure reliable, consistent coverage.




- Keep shipment and carrier data accurate and current in our TMS.
- Track loads end-to-end, flagging and resolving issues before they become problems.
- Keep stakeholders informed in real time — no surprises, no silence.
- Bring insights back to the sales team to help us get sharper every day.

What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of hands-on Full Truckload (FTL) carrier sales/brokerage experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Administration, or related fields — or equivalent experience in logistics/transportation.
- Sharp negotiation instincts and clear, confident communication.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable multitasking and making fast decisions under pressure.
- Strong sense of urgency — you close the loop, every time.
- Advanced English proficiency.
