COMPENSATION
$70,000–$100,000 base + commission, depending on experience and track record.
For proven hunters who prefer more upside, we are open to a lower-base / higher-commission structure.
$300,000+ first-year earning potential for successful performers
Uncapped production upside.
Exceptional long-term performers may also earn opportunities for bonuses, leadership, profit participation, partnership and potential equity.

TECHNICAL INSURANCE PROFESSIONAL + ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE + HUNTER + FINANCIAL THINKER + RELATIONSHIP BUILDER
You must be capable of doing two things extremely well:
PROTECT + EXPAND
Take sophisticated existing relationships and uncover additional opportunities.
HUNT + CREATE
Build new relationships, create opportunities and generate new revenue.
You will not necessarily start from zero.
The right person can be entrusted with existing relationships and existing revenue while building new business.
