Omnicom Global Solutions (OGS) is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to support integral reporting and analytics initiatives. This role will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, developing scalable reporting solutions, and partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, technical expertise, and business acumen to drive data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Build and optimize data models to support business reporting needs.
- Develop and manage ETL/ELT processes to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
- Analyze CRM and operational data to identify business opportunities and trends.
- Monitor key SaaS performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting best practices.




- Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives across global teams.

Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, Reporting, or related fields.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Strong experience with data modeling and ETL/ELT processes.
- Experience working with CRM data, particularly Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
- Knowledge of SaaS metrics.
- Experience with data governance and data quality management.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with dbt.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Python for automation, analytics, and data processing.
- Experience building churn prediction, risk, or customer health scoring models.
- Experience with Git and version control prac
