Job Overview:

One of our clients in the U.S. is seeking a proactive, highly experienced Senior Bilingual Property Management Operations Coordinator to join our team. The adecuado candidate brings comprehensive property management expertise across operations, leasing, delinquency tracking, and vendor maintenance coordination.

Given their operational footprint, hands-on experience in the Greater Los Angeles area, including deep familiarity with local LA ordinances, compliance requirements, and regulations, is strongly preferred. Master-level proficiency in AppFolio and an active USA Visa are strict non-negotiables for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Property Operations & Compliance: Oversee daily property operations, ensuring full alignment with U.S. and Greater Los Angeles local housing ordinances, rent stabilization regulations, and compliance standards.
- Leasing & Delinquency Management: Manage end-to-end operational functions including supporting leasing processes, tracking rent collections,



and resolving tenant delinquencies.
- Maintenance & Service Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming maintenance calls, prioritizing requests, and communicating efficiently across tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Vendor & Service Management: Identify, dispatch, and negotiate with the right vendors based on required work. Manage tenant-vendor scheduling, follow-ups, and post-service quality checks.
- AppFolio Administration: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of maintenance requests, tenant communications, leasing updates, and financial logs within AppFolio.
- Process Improvement: Leverage strong operational insight to streamline existing maintenance workflows, establish scalable processes, and resolve escalations independently.
