We are expanding our general team and looking for Outbound Sales Manager to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

As an Outbound Sales Manager, you will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing and onboarding handover. You will be fully responsible for generating your own pipeline through proactive outreach — this role does not receive inbound leads — leading high-quality sales conversations, and guiding prospects through decision-making to successfully adopt Native Teams' solutions. You'll work across multiple ICPs, navigate stakeholder complexity, and actively contribute to revenue targets and commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities




Outbound Pipeline Generation & Territory Development
- Build and manage a healthy outbound sales pipeline aligned with defined ICPs and territories, generated entirely through self-sourced outreach (no inbound handoff).
- Identify and engage relevant stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, Talent, Operations, and C-level functions.
- Execute and own outreach strategies through email, LinkedIn, calls, events, and referrals — treating prospecting as a core, ongoing responsibility rather than a top-of-funnel handoff.

Discovery and Consultative sales
- Lead structured discovery calls to deeply understand hiring plans, compliance constraints, payroll needs, and operational challenges.
- Articulate the value of Native Teams' services (EOR, Contractor of Record, Contractor Payments, Mobility, Entity Support, etc.) in a way tailored to stakeholder priorities.
