MEET THE ROLE: YOUR PURPOSE:
Lead the growth, development, and overall business performance of TalentoHC in Medellín, while helping establish the city as a strategic hub within our global operating model.
As Managing Director, you will own the commercial and operational direction of the market—building strategic customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, leading a high-performing local team,



and ensuring the effective delivery of TalentoHC’s talent and human capital solutions.
Medellín plays a strategic role in TalentoHC’s global footprint, bringing together our Global Recruiting Center, General Shared Services Center, Latin America Business Unit Headquarters, and Global Nearshore Center. You will connect these capabilities to customer opportunities across Colombia, Latin America, the Americas, and international markets.
This is a leadership role at the intersection of business growth, customer partnership, talent, and performance, with accountability for building a sustainable and profitable business in the market.
