Reporting & Insights Specialist (Healthcare)
Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions?
We are seeking an experienced Reporting & Insights Specialist to support a portfolio of healthcare clients, including pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organizations, and other industry leaders. In this role, you will be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of communications, PR, digital, social media, and search campaigns, helping teams and clients understand performance and uncover opportunities for growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage measurement frameworks, KPIs, and reporting structures.
- Analyze data from digital, social media, search, and communications campaigns.
- Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling business stories.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize communication strategies and campaign performance.
- Create client-ready reports and presentations that translate findings into recommendations.
- Monitor trends, sentiment, engagement, share of voice,



and other key performance indicators.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and clients through data-driven decision making.

What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, insights, or measurement roles.
- Experience within PR, Communications, Marketing, or Advertising agencies.
- Healthcare industry experience is required.
- Experience with social listening and analytics platforms such as Talkwalker, Meltwater, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and digital performance metrics.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
