Key responsibilities:
- Lead long-term strategies for enterprise accounts.
- Oversee complex operations and drive scalability and continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers.
- Own operational performance, profitability, and cost optimization.
- Manage complex client relationships and executive-level escalations.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives, innovation, and risk mitigation.

What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in operations management.
- Advanced English.
- Proven experience managing complex client relationships and operations.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience driving operational excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Location: Barranquilla, Colombia — ideally.

Candidates based elsewhere in Colombia may also be considered if they have availability for frequent travel to Barranquilla.
