The LATAM Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and employees across Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Peru. This role delivers HR solutions that support organizational objectives, employee experience, compliance, talent initiatives, and operational excellence. The Human Resources Business Partner collaborates with regional and integral stakeholders to support business growth, organizational effectiveness, and workforce needs across the LATAM region.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and employees across Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Peru to provide HR guidance, support employee relations matters, conduct workplace investigations, and promote consistent application of company policies and practices.
- Lead and coordinate regional HR operations, including payroll administration, benefits administration, HRIS data management, employee records management, and compliance reporting to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a positive employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, company policies, and health and safety requirements across supported countries while supporting risk mitigation and audit readiness.
- Support talent management activities, including recruitment partnership, onboarding, workforce planning, employee development, performance management, and learning initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives through recognition programs, wellness activities, employee events, HR metrics reporting, and regional projects designed to enhance engagement and organizational effectiveness.
