Kraken is seeking a Head of Exchange Infrastructure to own the layer that powers all Kraken products — the matching engine, core infrastructure, custody, algo and API engines. You will lead a small, senior product team and drive a unified, interface-agnostic platform that serves every product.
You will define the product vision, consolidate engines, set latency/throughput/uptime metrics, and partner with engineering and risk teams to migrate live markets with minimal disruption.
