We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Strategic Account Director to lead the expansion of existing business relationships and increase Storyteq's market reach. This role is focused on nurturing long-term partnerships, identifying new business opportunities within current accounts, and contributing to the strategic growth of the company. The idóneo candidate will possess a deep understanding of client needs, a passion for delivering innovative solutions, and a proven track record in account growth and strategic sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key strategic accounts, ensuring strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, tailoring Storyteq's solutions to meet their needs.
- Continuously assess the value delivered to clients, identifying opportunities to further drive success and deepen partnerships

2. Business Expansion
- Proactively identify and develop opportunities for account growth, including upselling,



cross-selling, and increasing contract value
- Lead conversations with senior client stakeholders to identify new areas for collaboration, driving expansion across different business units or geographies
- Work with clients to align Storyteq's capabilities with evolving marketing needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future trends
- Develop and execute account strategies that align with client goals, leveraging Storyteq's technology and services to create high-impact solutions
- Lead the end-to-end sales process for existing clients, from opportunity identification to negotiation and close
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure seamless service delivery and the realisation of client expectations

3. Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute account strategies that align with client goals, leveraging Storyteq's technology and services
