Scope of this Position: Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Senior Sales Manager – Entertainment will focus on educating travel professionals, tour managers, production executives, corporate bookers and planners, field publicity teams & company travel planners on The William Vale, moving market share from our competitors, and uncovering new Entertainment Industry with travel to Brooklyn, NYC. Through effective relationship building and account management,
they will ensure the highest levels of guest service and ongoing client satisfaction. It is vital that they are creative, energetic, and knowledgeable professionals, as they will play a fundamental role in the hotel's ongoing success.
General Responsibilities Include:
- The Senior Sales Manager – Entertainment is responsible for attaining assigned goals tied to the hotel's overall performance. The individual will be responsible for effectively soliciting and securing new accounts and entertainment group business.
- Solicit, engage, and develop relationships with people in the Entertainment Industry to secure business and groups in alignment with the property's commercial strategies.
- Works collaboratively with the sales team to ensure sales efforts are coordinated and not duplicated.
