As Arches rapidly expands its regional footprint in North America, we are seeking an Account Manager,



US Clients to join our founding operational team in Bogotá.
In this commercial and client-centric role, you will directly own a portfolio of high-value US client accounts across strategy consulting firms, investment funds, and corporate strategy teams. You will serve as the primary commercial bridge - understanding your clients' unique research needs, ensuring flawless execution alongside our local Client Solutions team, and proactively expanding our account footprint.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management & Growth
- Own Account Portfolios: Serve as the trusted primary contact for key users, project leads, and decision-makers across assigned US client accounts.
- Drive Retention & Expansion: Monitor account activity to identify upsell opportunities, reactivate dormant users, expand usage across departments, and introduce new Arches solutions.
- Lead Business Reviews: Conduct regular client check-ins, performance reviews, and feedb
