The Opportunity
Royal York Property Management is hiring experienced Property Managers to manage the owner and tenant experience across active residential property-management files.
Direct property-management experience is preferred but not required. Strong account, portfolio or client-service managers with experience managing multiple files, relationships and escalations are encouraged to apply.
This role is for someone who can keep files moving, keep clients informed, manage urgent issues and remain organized in a high-volume environment. You will be responsible for communication, follow-up, documentation, issue resolution and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
This is not a basic customer-service position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of client outcomes, manage multiple properties and files simultaneously,



and communicate professionally with property owners, tenants, internal teams and service providers.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for property owners and tenants throughout the management relationship.
- Manage multiple active clients, properties and files with strong organization and follow-through.
- Provide proactive updates so owners understand what is happening, what is pending and what comes next.
- Handle time-sensitive property and tenancy matters with urgency, professionalism and clear communication.
- Coordinate next steps between owners, tenants, internal departments, vendors and other service providers.
- Collect, review and track required property, owner and tenant documentation.
- Maintain complete CRM records, including notes, tasks, follow-ups, updates and file movement.
- Identify stalled files, missed follow-ups, client concerns and service problems before they escalated.
