Description: Are you passionate about driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships? Join our Customer Development team as a Sr Sales Representative. You’ll be responsible for delivering sell-in and sell-out results across your assigned territory, developing customers and distributors, and executing commercial strategies that drive sustainable growth.
In this role, you will lead the execution of customer development initiatives, maximize brand distribution, strengthen market presence, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve commercial objectives. You will play a key role in expanding coverage, improving execution, and accelerating business performance within the traditional trade channel.
This is a Cali-based role.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Territory Management and Growth: Analyze, plan, and execute sell-in and sell-out strategies across Valle del Cauca,



Nariño, and Cauca to deliver business targets and accelerate market growth.
- Customer and Distributor Development: Build strong partnerships with customers and distributors, identifying business opportunities and promoting sustainable growth within the traditional trade channel.
- Distribution and Market Expansion: Increase numeric distribution and share of market by maximizing brand presence across Mom & Pops, wholesalers, and independent supermarkets.
- Investment and Portfolio Management: Monitor accounts receivable, commercial investments, and account performance to ensure efficient resource allocation and profitable growth.
- Execution Excellence: Lead in-market execution, ensuring commercial strategies are effectively implemented while influencing distributor sales teams, operational partners, and third-party personnel.

We’re Looking for Someone With
