Home Service Direct is a performance marketing agency built on lead generation for home-service businesses. Since 2018 we've helped 200+ home service businesses get consistent leads, across mainly tree service, but also windows and doors, gutters, fencing, and bathroom remodeling.
Today every active ad account is tree service (we'll add one or two more niches in the future). One niche focus is our advantage as we have one proven playbook, already templated and automated. This is what helps us scale without friction.
About the Role
You are the media buyer for 40 Meta ad accounts. We already built a proven & templated system behind it and it works on any new client we bring on. You get the whole system on day one: our research, copy, creative, and hook tools. AI does the heavy lifting in every step. The strategy and judgment calls are still yours. What the system doesn't do is replace your media experience. You need real skills behind those tools: market/competitor research, copywriting, hooks, creative strategy, funnels, etc.

What You'll Own
Start to finish, on every account:
- Research and angle selection.
- Creative direction and AI image creation. AI produces the creatives, you decide on the strategy.
- Hooks and ad copy.
- New account launches. Lead form or landing page, wired into GoHighLevel.
- Budget allocation decisions. Scale what's working, cut what isn't.
- Constant testing. Angles, creatives, lead forms, landing pages.
- Lead quality. You get client facing feedback through ourClient Success manager.

What You Need
- 2+ years running Meta Ads professionally. Agency-side across multiple accounts is idóneo.
- You like AI. You already use it and you want more of it, not less.
- Comfort with 40+ live accounts at once, without losing track of any.
- You read both sides of performance: the KPIs in Ads Manager, and lead quality.
- Full-funnel understanding
