Gallagher seeks a LATAM-trained, fully bilingual Counsel to support our global Corporate Governance and Sustainability function. This role focuses on subsidiary governance and ESG reporting across multiple jurisdictions, working with Legal, Finance, Risk, and Sustainability teams.
You will manage integral governance processes, monitor regulatory requirements, and maintain audit-ready documentation and trackers for multinational operations.
