Discover the Role

We are looking for a Test Manager to join our Digital Client Platform (DCP) team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end testing activities across complex general projects, ensuring the quality, reliability, and successful delivery of business-critical digital solutions. You will work closely with product owners, development teams, architects, and business stakeholders to drive quality assurance strategies and oversee testing execution across multiple systems, integrations, and data transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities




- Define and execute the overall testing strategy, approach, and governance model for assigned projects.
- Develop test plans, schedules, resource allocation, and testing estimates.
- Lead and mentor Test Analysts and QA teams across multiple locations.
- Coordinate functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing activities.
- Validate system integrations, APIs, data transformations, workflows, and business processes.
- Manage defect triage, prioritization, retesting, and resolution tracking.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote testing best practices, automation, and quality metrics.
- Ensure effective use of Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 year
