Description

In this role, you will:
- Work collaboratively across Apple, with our customers, partners, and solutions providers to become the trusted advisor on Apple hardware, software and service solutions
- Deeply understand customers' businesses and technical ambitions, remove technical barriers and friction points, and enhance customer readiness for Apple's platform




- Quickly grasp technical concepts, processes, details, and skills, and effectively engage in architectural and technical discussions with a wide variety of audiences
- Act as both a technical generalist covering all of Apple's products relevant to their customers' needs and as a specialist in one or more technical verticals
- Provide technical leadership to the sales team and channel partners to gain credibility, deepen relationships, and increase influence with executive leadership in your accounts
- Build and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and seminars to educate and inspire others
- Strategically leverage Apple and third party subject matter expertise to shorten the sales cycle

Provide pre-sales technical support for new, large business opportunities - sharing status and progressing them through to closure
