ABOUT THE ROLE
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- - Lead the technical development, QA, and deployment of A/B/n tests and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target.
- - Own and manage the enterprise web tagging architecture using Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection (formerly Adobe Launch) or Google Tag Manager.
- - Implement data layers and configure rules/extensions to ensure accurate behavioral tracking across web and mobile platforms.
- - Configure data connections and Data Views within Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to enable deep, cross-channel reporting for the analytics team.
- - Work collaboratively with marketing and UX teams to assess the technical feasibility of proposed experimentation strategies.
- - Maintain comprehensive documentation of tag management architecture, data layers, and active Target campaigns.
MUST HAVES
- - 3+ years of hands‑on experience in web analytics implementation and digital optimization.
- - Hands‑on experience building and deploying tests in Adobe Target (VEC and Form-based experiences, Profile Scripts, Recommendations).
- - Solid, hands‑on experience with Tag Management Systems, specifically Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection (Launch).
- - Working experience configuring and analyzing data within Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) or traditional Adobe Analytics (Omniture).
- - Solid understanding of digital data layers (W3C standards, event-driven data layers) and event tracking.
- - Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach to QA and data validation.
