This role is responsible for troubleshooting, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely communication and resolution of tickets. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.* Excellent organizational, multitasking,
