The Driver & General Maintenance Assistant is responsible for providing transportation for employees and visitors, assisting with minor maintenance and repairs, and supporting the oversight of the corporate apartment, including coordinating cleaning services and purchasing necessary supplies. The role is also responsible for ensuring that all company vehicles are properly maintained and that related documentation and records are kept up to date.

Transportation & Vehicle Support




- Provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation support for company employees, visitors, and other authorized personnel.
- Ensure corporate vehicles remain in good working condition by coordinating preventive maintenance, inspections, required documentation, technical reviews, and other operational requirements.
- Support the transportation, delivery, and movement of equipment, furniture, office supplies, and other company materials as needed.

Office Operations
- Purchase groceries, office supplies, and other necessary items to ensure the smooth operation of the offices and support daily workflow.
- Assist with organizing, moving, and installing office equipment and furniture, including boxes, monitors, desks, tables, and chairs, as well as supporting other day-to-day operational needs that arise.
