- Lead &developyoungeranalyticalandconsultingtalent.;

- Plan anddeploystrategiestogetyourdirectreportstoreachtheclientsatisfactionandcommercialleadKPIs.
- ConductperiodicreviewsoftheKPIs,definingsuccesscriteriaandmonitoringmechanisms.
- Demonstratevalueandreturnoninvestmentthroughensuringquantifiablebusinessopportunitygeneration.




- Abletobuildand leadmarketandthoughtleadershippresentationsforC-Level andhigh-profilepeoplefromclients,abouttheFMCG andclient’sbusinesssituation.
- Monitor andimprovethequalityoftheserviceoffered,adjustingtheJoint Business Plan asnecessarytoreflectchangesinclientpriorities.
- IdentifyandcommunicateviableopportunitiesthroughinteractionwiththeConsultingLeadandAccountDevelopmentteam.
- Facilitateassociatesonboarding process, ensuring coordination, adequatetrainingand communication, proactively managing the daily commitmentof teamsandhandlingproblemsor conflicts.
