Coordinate ocean export shipments and related activities in accordance with customer and/or forwarding agent requirements, and company objectives.
- Manage shipments from booking to delivery, including tracking and route optimization.
- Prepare and process shipping documents (BOL, AWB, invoices, EEI, etc.).
- Coordinate with customers, agents, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain shipment records, costing, quoting, and billing.
- Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with FMC, NVOCC regulations, and INCOTERMS 2020.
- Resolve operational and system-related issues as needed.
