Corporate Paralegal
Location: Remote (LatAm or CEE preferred) (open to Philippines/South Asia for broader fit)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MST)
Compensation: 2500 - 3000 USD/month
Note: Independent contractor position
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
- Assist with entity formation, corporate structuring, and maintenance of legal entities.
- Prepare and review NDAs, board resolutions, signature pages, and other legal documentation.
- Coordinate and manage closing checklists and deal documentation for M&A; transactions.
- Interface directly with clients, counterparties, and vendors to manage document flow.
- Support electronic signature workflows and maintain organized legal records.
- Review and redline contracts using internal templates.
- Ensure corporate compliance by tracking deadlines and coordinating filings.
- Support knowledge management and filing systems (e.g., NetDocuments).
