AutoNation is seeking a contract based IT Corporate Recruiter to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team at our Fort Lauderdale headquarters. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, can operate with a high degree of ownership, and effectively manages stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple teams within the IT, Technology, and Digital organizations.
- Manage 15–20 open requisitions at a time, adjusting your approach based on role complexity and business priority.
- Partner with department leaders, HR Business Partners, and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using ATS, CRM platforms, job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor—offering market insights, compensation benchmarking, and consultative guidance throughout the hiring process.
