About the Role

We are hiring an energetic, professional, and coachable Junior Inbound Sales & Customer Support Representative to support U.S.-based consumers who have requested information about an online weight-management program.

This is an inbound role-no cold calling and no outbound prospecting. You will speak with people who have already requested information through phone calls, website forms, email, SMS, or chat.

Your job is to respond quickly, build trust, answer non-clinical questions, manage follow-up, schedule consultations, and help qualified consumers take the next step.





You do not need to be a senior sales closer. We provide training, scripts, systems, and clear workflows. However, you must be comfortable on the phone, have excellent English, follow up consistently, and have the persistence to work toward booking and conversion goals.

What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly to inbound consumer leads through phone, SMS, email, web forms, and chat.
- Build rapport and understand each prospective customer’s goals, questions, timeline, and concerns.
- Explain the program process clearly using approved scripts, training, and messaging.
- Answer non-clinical questions about the customer journey, consultation process, pricing structure, enrollment steps, and available support.
- Guide qualified prospects to the appropriate next step, including booking a consultation or completing enrollment.
- Follow up persistently and professionally with interested leads who have not yet booked
