Job Description
TheSenior Product Analystacts as a connector across cross‑functional teams, supporting the product vision through thedeployment of new capabilities and day‑to‑day support. You will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into clear technical requirements, and supporting development teams throughout the complete delivery lifecycle.
This role enables clarity, collaboration, and efficiency in delivering new product features and improvements across NIQ’s applications.
You will help deliver high‑quality digital products by ensuring clear requirement definition, strong alignment with stakeholders, and effective translation into technical specifications for development teams.
You’ll work closely with software, data science, customer success, sales and other internal stakeholders across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Conduct deep requirement discovery to understand the business needs, not only the initial stated request.
- Interrogate, challenge, and refine requirements to ensure completeness, feasibility,



and alignment with product goals.
- Translate business needs into structured, complete, and actionablefunctional specificationsfor development teams.
- Break down ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable user stories and specifications for development teams.
- Facilitate conversations with requesters to ensure alignment, clarify scope, and uncover edge cases or dependencies.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Owners, Data Science, Customer Success, Sales, and project management teams across multiple geographies across the globe
- Partner with development teams to support sizing, requirements, and scoping of MVP products and features
- Adapt communication style to diverse cultural and regional contexts.
- Maintain all requirement artifacts with clarity and accuracy.
