About the role
A great opportunity exists for an organised, detail-oriented Admin and People Operations Associate to join our People Operations team in Medellín on a 6-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. This role keeps the day-to-day People and office operations for our Colombia team running smoothly, working closely with our general People Operations team in Australia and our local partners in Medellín.
You’ll manage a mix of administrative, payroll coordination, onboarding, benefits, and vendor-related tasks, helping ensure our Colombia team is well supported and our processes run smoothly and compliantly. The role also includes coordinating the administration of our Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS), known locally as the SG-SST.
