About the Role

As a Project Manager at Tambourine, you will independently manage a portfolio of website projects from onboarding through launch. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating closely with cross-functional internal teams and third-party partners.

This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, organization, judgment, and ownership. You should be comfortable leading client meetings, managing multiple projects simultaneously, holding stakeholders accountable to deadlines, identifying risks before they impact delivery, and navigating difficult conversations around timelines,



feedback, and scope.

What You'll Own
- Independently manage multiple concurrent websites and booking engine projects from onboarding through launch.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead recurring client meetings, presentations, and project conversations in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear agendas, decisions, next steps, owners, and deadlines.
- Build and maintain realistic project timelines while proactively managing milestones, dependencies, resources, approvals, and risks.
- Hold clients accountable for providing assets, content, feedback, approvals, and other deliverables required to keep projects moving forward.
- Proactively identify project risks, delays, and dependencies and communicate them before they impact major milestones or launch dates.
