As a Sea Logistics Operational Care Specialist , you will play an important role in coordinating export operations, ensuring accurate documentation, effective communication with carriers and shipping lines, and a smooth experience for our customers.

How you create impact
- Coordinate and follow up on sea freight export operations ,



ensuring shipments are handled accurately and on time.
- Manage and monitor bookings with carriers and shipping lines.
- Maintain effective communication with carriers, shipping lines, customers, and internal stakeholders .
- Prepare, review, and follow up on export documentation .
- Ensure operational information is updated accurately throughout the shipment process.
- Follow up on shipment status and proactively communicate relevant updates or potential issues.
- Support the resolution of operational requirements and ensure a high level of service.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution of export shipments.

What we would like you to bring
- Professional or final-semester student in International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or a related field .
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, foreign trade, freight forwarding, or related operational roles.
- Experience managing booking
