Role Description
This is a full-time Artificial Intelligence Engineer role based in Medellín, Colombia, with a hybrid work model that combines on-site collaboration and adaptable work-from-home arrangements. The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI models and applications that address client needs, including pattern recognition, natural language understanding, and predictive analytics.



Daily responsibilities include analyzing requirements, building and training neural network models, implementing software components, integrating AI solutions with existing systems, and optimizing performance for production environments. The role also involves working with cross-functional teams, conducting experiments, evaluating model effectiveness, documenting technical solutions, and staying current with advances in AI, machine learning, and software engineering. The engineer is expected to contribute to best practices, support code reviews, and help ensure that AI solutions are reliable, secure, and maintainable.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
