We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to serve as the bridge between our business stakeholders and data engineering teams. You will play a hands-on role in shaping our Data Lakehouse by translating business processes into well-structured, secure data models using a Medallion architecture.

Core Tech Stack & Expertise
- Data Platform: Deep, hands-on Snowflake expertise (complex SQL, Variant/JSON parsing, performance analysis).
- Languages: Strong SQL and Python.
- Architecture: Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers), Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM).

Key Responsibilities
- Extract, validate, and translate complex business requirements into detailed functional and technical design documents.
- Perform full-scope data lineage analysis across Snowflake, upstream API sources,



and reporting layers.
- Conduct heavy data profiling, UAT testing, and data reconciliation.
- Collaborate with ETL/ELT developers, Data Architects, and QA to ensure accurate implementation of data pipelines.

Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in enterprise data environments as a Data/Business Data Analyst.
- Education: BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Language: Advanced English (B2+).
- Bonus Points: Background in professional services/consulting, exposure to dbt/Informatica, or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
