The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying companies that could benefit from connecting with the Hispanic community through Norsan Media's advertising and media platforms.
The primary objective of this role is to generate interest, gather key prospect information, and coordinate meetings or visits with the Sales team to support an effective sales process.
Location: Medellín, Colombia
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and qualify leads that align with the adecuado customer profile.
- Gather key information about prospective companies to assess their potential as clients.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, primarily through cold calling, while complementing outreach efforts via email and LinkedIn.
- Generate interest among prospects and, when possible, schedule meetings or sales appointments with the Sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in Wavstar CRM.




- Communicate qualified prospects and potential opportunities to the Sales Manager to coordinate meetings or information sharing.
- Consistently follow up with prospects who demonstrate interest.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team and provide support throughout the sales process when needed.

- Minimum of 1 year and half of Customer Service experience.
- Previous Sales experience is a plus.
