Role Overview
The Client operates a rapidly growing medical clinic specializing in health optimization, hormone balancing, and men’s and women’s wellness. The Owner seeks a long‑term collaborator to scale the practice by delegating all patient intake and administrative tasks.
As a Full‑Time Virtual Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential patients and help drive clinic growth through digital marketing. The role demands enthusiasm, trustworthiness, and a proactive attitude aligned with the clinic’s mission of health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Intake: Answer all incoming phone calls and respond to email/fax inquiries, serving as the primary patient coordinator.
- Sales & Education: Offer basic education on specialized services and enthusiastically secure appointments.
- Scheduling: Manage patient scheduling to ensure a smooth, pleasant, and efficient intake process.
- Documentation: Handle incoming faxes and email requests related to patient care.
- Email Management: Efficiently manage high‑volume email inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.
Digital Marketing & Content Management (Secondary/Support Focus)
- Content Management Support: Assist with posting and managing social media (Instagram, Facebook) in coordination with the existing content editor.
- Future Growth: The role may expand to full‑time social media management and video editing based on demonstrated talent and evolving needs.
