About the Role

We are seeking a pre-sales Solution Architect to support an online sales team in developing public cloud and generative AI opportunities with international customers and companies expanding into overseas markets.

In this role, you will communicate closely with customers to understand their business and technical architecture, identify cloud and AI adoption opportunities, and design feasible end-to-end solutions involving generative AI, computing, storage, networking, security, Kubernetes, databases, and big data.

You will also support generative AI solution design and engineering validation, including use-case research, model and tool selection, solution architecture design, proofs of concept, and demos involving RAG, workflows, and AI agents.

Job Description




- Work as a pre-sales technical consultant in public cloud and generative AI to support the online sales team’s business development.
- Communicate closely with international customers to understand their business and technical architecture and identify cloud and AI adoption opportunities.
- Leverage cloud and Qwen AI capabilities and services to help customers design feasible end-to-end AI and cloud solutions.
- Design solutions involving Qwen AI, computing, storage, networking, security, Kubernetes, databases, and big data.
- Support customers’ generative AI solution design, including AI use-case research, model and tool selection, technology-stack consultation, and AI solution architecture design.
- Provide engineering support for AI proofs of concept and demos involving RAG, workflows, and agents.
- Collaborate with internal product and service teams to help key-account customers effectively adopt cloud and AI products.
