Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join a fast-paced, performance-driven team. This role is idóneo for someone who knows how to plan, launch, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns while using data to continuously improve performance.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4+ years of hands-on media buying experience, with strong expertise in Meta Ads. Experience managing campaigns across both Meta and Google Ads is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta and other relevant advertising platforms.




- Manage campaigns across Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads Manager.
- Manage or support Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, or Performance Max where applicable.
- Monitor campaign performance against key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities for optimisation and scaling.
- Conduct ongoing audience, creative, placement, and bidding tests to improve performance.
- Develop and execute structured A/B testing strategies across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively and allocate spend based on performance.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and messaging.
