Job Description

Your Role

We are seeking a skilled, customer-focused Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing operational and troubleshooting support for our Kubernetes-based platform services, including Port.io, and CI/CD DevSecOps framework called Argo. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of container orchestration, cloud-native application deployments using DevSecOps frameworks, and troubleshooting distributed systems. As a Support Engineer, you will work closely with developers, operations teams, and clients to ensure the stability, performance,



and reliability of our platform services.
- Provide technical support for Kubernetes clusters, Port.io platform services, Argo DevSecOps platform, and resolving customer issues and ensuring system reliability.
- Monitor the health and performance of Kubernetes clusters, Port.io, and Medtronic’s Argo environments using tools like Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, and Kibana.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to networking, storage, security, and application deployments within Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve platform stability and automate routine maintenance tasks.
- Help troubleshoot container images from teams experiencing challenges getting their containers to run correctly.
- Manage and optimize Helm charts, Argo CD, Flux CD, YAML configurations, and other deployment artifacts.
- Using, configuring, and maintaining GitLab CI runners
