We are looking for a proactive and driven Project Manager to join our team and deliver telecommunications projects across global markets. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure the successful implementation of solutions for our clients.

What Will You Do
- Planning & Documentation. Develop project passports, plans, milestones, and related documentation to support successful project initiation and execution.
- Budget & Risk Management. Track budgets, monitor deliverables, and proactively manage risks,
escalating issues when necessary.
- Cross-Functional Leadership. Build and lead cross-functional teams, coordinate activities throughout the project pipelines, and drive team performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement. Build, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with general partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring their active engagement throughout the project.
- Reporting & Transparency. Provide regular and accurate status updates, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders, ensuring visibility and accountability.
- Process Improvement. Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, workflows, and reporting standards.
- Change Management. Lead change initiatives related to project transitions, including communication and adoption strategies, and identify opportunities to improve project workflows.
What We Expect
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role managing
