Responsibilities
- Support new project setup and financial handover activities, ensuring accurate project structure, controls, and alignment with approved contractual and financial requirements.
- Perform weekly reviews of cost and revenue exceptions, monitor gross margin performance, and track collections, working with project teams to resolve identified issues.




- Review contractual billability of resource assignments to ensure costs and revenue are recorded and billed in compliance with contract terms and client agreements.
- Review and validate month‑end accruals, overhead allocations, and gross margin to ensure accurate and compliant project financial results.
- Review and prepare actions of follow up related to cost rates, write‑offs, work in progress, billing in excess and revenue checklist.
- Work collaboratively and in coordination with partners and the accounting outsourcing provider.

Requirements
- University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Typicaly 5 to 10 years relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUPS & XLOOKUPS, and data analysis); Word and PowerPoi
