The position is part of the Supply Chain & Logistics organization in the Colombian Diagnostics affiliate.
In order to set you up for success you require the following qualifications:
- You have gained at 2 - 4 years of experience in relevant areas (invoicing, e-commerce B2B tools).
- You possess IT and analytical skills.
- You are avid about customer centricity and have strong communication skills with the ability to influence for change.
- You gained relevant experience in order processing.
- You are passionate about agile ways of working, leadership and people development.
- You have a relevant bachelor's degree.
- Written and oral proficiency in English (Intermediate-advanced).
- You possess advanced MS office skills and have previous experience with SAP S&D; module
Main responsibilities
- Order Processing: Perform all order processing, invoicing, return transactions ensuring the quality and efficiency of the processes, fulfilling the customers' SLA
- E-commerce: Implement the migration of customers to e-commerce tools considering client requirements and the sales affiliate objectives including trainings, maintenance and support to final users.
