Data & Automation Analyst, Finance
Location: Remote (4–6 hours daily overlap with US Eastern)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Business Hours (TBD)
Compensation: 2500 - 4000 USD/month

- Genuine enthusiasm for AI, actively following new tools and building practical workflows unprompted.
- Strong business curiosity and commercial judgment regarding how a mid-market business operates and generates revenue.
- Verification instinct: a habit of challenging AI-generated outputs, reconciling numbers against source systems, and auditing totals for accuracy.
- Natural automation instinct—a habit of building permanent solutions when encountering repeated manual tasks.
- Strong data navigation skills with the ability to reason about database tables, logic, and output sanity.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proven track record of shipping end-to-end automation or data projects.
- Ability to commit to 4–6 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time.
